Hi Everyone!!!!

A new post on this site is long overdue.

Our baby is not over due… yet.

Yes, I’m nine months pregnant… 8 days more to my due date 12-15-2009.

Dan and I are so excited about becoming parents, we’re so thrilled and greatly anticipating holding our little one in our arms very soon.

We’re planning a natural home birth attended by a midwife. I’m planning to breastfeed and cloth diaper. Dan has gotten my laundry room set up and running just in time for washing diapers.

I hope to set up my sewing machine soon, I have several things that I want to sew, it’s been so long. My sister has been helping me research a lot of things concerning caring for baby, let alone all of the information she already has to offer. It’s been fun visiting my sister’s birthing website since being pregnant. I actually need to learn about birthing and all of the things she writes about. She just sent me a link to an article found on Raising Arrows about making your own baby wipes out of old tee shirts or other scraps of material that you have. It’s a great idea, I’m sure I’ll do that someday when I need more wipes. I have plenty of new ones for the time being.

Well, that’s all for now. I promise you that I’ll post pictures of the baby when he or she arrives.
